Tracy Community Connections Center (TCCC) is committed to providing equal access to services and programs without discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.

TCCC adheres to the principles of nondiscrimination outlined in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.

TCCC ensures that all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances, have access to our services, resources, and programs. We prohibit discriminatory practices in the delivery of services, including but not limited to, admission, provision of assistance, employment, and volunteer opportunities.

Our commitment to nondiscrimination extends to all aspects of our organization, including interactions with clients, staff, volunteers, contractors, and the community at large. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where diversity is respected and celebrated.

Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination while accessing TCCC services or participating in TCCC programs has the right to file a complaint. Complaints will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken to address any instances of discrimination.
