Our street outreach team works directly in the community, visiting encampments and other locations where unhoused individuals may reside. We connect with individuals on a daily basis, assessing their needs in real-time and providing immediate assistance, whether it’s access to resources or connecting them with our case management team.

Recuperative Care

For those recovering from illness or injury, our recuperative care services provide critical support.
